The different prevention of suicidal behavior

The suicidological care is one of the labor-intensive processes in all system of the psychological, medical and social help to the population. It is established basic factors groups of suicide process: biological, clinical, social, perso-psychological. The knowledge and the consideration of suicide behavior factors allows to individualize and raise efficiency of preventive maintenance of suicide patient. We had been developed the original system to different prevention of suicide behavior taking into account stages of suicide process. It is allocate four levels of prevention: universal, selective, anti-recessionary and indicative. Universal preventive maintenance is directed on the beginnings of suicide behavior. Selective preventive maintenance, it has selective character and is focused on the persons, entering into groups of suicide risk. Anti-recessionary preventive maintenance is directed on the prevention of the further development of process in before suicide period; on arresting of a suicide condition in fulfillment of suicide actions and during the nearest postsuicide period. Indicative preventive maintenance is directed on the prevention of relapses and repeated suicide actions.
