The differentiated control of sportsmen’s physical working capacity on the basis of factors it’s defining

The problem of organization of physical readiness complex control of sportsmen of specialization «swimming» consists of necessity of clear representation about factors having leading value for maintenance of high physical working capacity of swimmers, in carrying out of their differentiated estimation and in the account of received data of planning and management of study-training process at various stages of preparation. The differentiated control is based on dependence of physical working capacity of swimmers who are at different stages of long-term preparation from various categories of its factors causing.
