Differentiated approach in treatment of acute paraproctitis

During the trail was treated 250 patients with different forms of acute paraproctitis. All observed patients was operated radically. Tactics of treatment and method of operation in patients with acute paraproctitis depend from localization of purulent focus, placement of primary purulent tract in relation to the anal sphincter fibers, grade of scarring process in perirectal fat and rectal wall. Created complex of tactics and treatment measures allows to shot in hospital treatment, to decrease percentage of recurrent cases, improved functional results of treatment.
