In experiment on 150 white rats it is spent histologic and Immunohistochemical research of a connecting fabric of own plate of a duodenal gut and skin papillary layer after mechanical damage. It is established, that reaction of a connecting fabric to mechanical damage is accompanied by formation and consecutive transition granulocyte-macrophagal gistion in endotelial-labrocyte-macrophagal and reclaiming gistion. This transition is accompanied by natural phase changes of degree intra- and betweendifferon heteromorphine of a connecting fabric that allows to carry out fast restoration of structure of body.
