Dielectric properties triglitsinsulfat in porous matrices

Dielectric properties of TGS in different porous matrix with pore sizes from 4 mkm to 5.1 nm were examined and compared with the results obtained for their bulk counterparts. It was found out that the broadening of ferroelectric phase transition depends on the type of porous matrix. The results are explained on the basis of Landau Ginzburg Devonshire theory.
