Dynamic model of contact at fratting of surface walls of the low pressure compressor of the gas turbine engine

A dynamic model of a contact pair of shrouds for adjacent blades of a low-pressure compressor of a gas turbine engine (GTD) with six degrees of freedom is realized where force closure, deformation and wear of contact surfaces occur in fritting. A mathematical description of the model is made. The general basis of the computational model is presented as a superposition of the perturbing effects of the components of periodic gas forces and the nonlinear response of the system to these effects, due to the nonlinearity of the elastic and dissipative properties of the wear contact surfaces. Numerical research has shown that the model can be used to calculate the relative movement of the shelves with multicomponent vibration, as well as optimize the geometric and dynamic parameters of the contact.
