Dynamic assessment of the health status of cadets (for the example of the Cossack cadet corps of the Astrakhan region)

The article presents the results of dynamic observation of the main indicators of the health of the cadets of the Cossack cadet corps of the Astrakhan region. Indicators of physical development, the level of physical fitness, as well as the state of the organs of vision and musculoskeletal system (posture) were selected as the main criteria. The results demonstrate positive dynamics in the main anthropometric and functional indicators. The appearance or progression of deviations from the organs of vision and posture disorders were not detected during observation. These data indicate the presence of pronounced positive trends in the dynamics of health indicators of cadet corps students.
