Dynamic characteristics of the state power as political process

The political process as a technology of realization of the authority and as an indicator of its evolution is analyzed in the article. The author analyses the modes of functioning, development and decline of political process. The author demonstrates that the political process is an integral part of the daily reality and in the most general view is characterized as an interaction of the social and political structures of society. Thus political process opens the maintenance of the real-life facts and the phenomena, which developed on crossing of social and political life of society.
