Dynamics of activity transaminaz in the body of the imported cows on the background of chitosan

In the work we studied the effect of chitosan with a molecular weight of 120 kDa and stepenu deacetylation of 81% on the activity of enzymes transamination. It is established that the application of chitosan contributed to the reduction in catalytic activity transaminaz to values of specific norms.
