Dynamics of gelatinase activity and reaction of blood vessels in tissues of the gingival mucosa after infra-red laser irradiation (970 nm, 0.5 W) in continuous regimen were investigated with the help of biochemical and morphological methods in outbred puberal rats. Analysis of results of quantitative researches has shown reliable augmentation of gelatinase activity, vessel diameter and the area occupied with them on different terms of experiment comparing with control; and also the presence of strong direct correlation between activity of enzymes and vessel parameters.
