Dynamics and interrelation of individual and collective self-organization of students in the process of training

In consideration of the mechanisms for implementing interactive methods, the synergistic approach allows us to introduce a new character at the stage of collective self-organization, the principle of instability of collective and individual activity, and the notion of an oscillatory mode of this activity. In line with this approach, the relationship between the processes of personal and collective selforganization is emphasized; certain periods of disorganization of collective and individual activities are revealed; the causes of this disorganization are specified; reveals the characteristics of personal self-organization, depending on the level of mental activity of the trainee. The dynamics of selforganization includes three stages: the "birth" of the collective, its functioning and development, and the "universal" stage, the high level of development of the collective, which provides full conditions for the self-realization of all its members. Each stage includes two phases, which reflect the self-oscillatory mode of activity of the collective and the individual. The first phase is dominated by the processes of differentiation of the collective and the educational content of the teaching as a result of the directing activity of the teacher ("leader"). In the second phase, the individual activity of each individual increases, aimed at the integration of collective processes and the achievement of joint activities. Each stage proceeds cyclically until it reaches its completion. Self-organization of the collective and the self-organization of individual activity are interrelated processes that are subject to the actions of the same factors. There are three main factors of self-organization: the target, the regulatory (the system of actions) and the control and evaluation. Each of the factors includes the educational-objective (content) and social (semantic) aspect. The target factor is system-forming; its effect has a decisive influence on the processes of self-organization.
