Transfer of pig-breeding to the production basis sharply changed conditions of the habitat of animals. At the same time the processing methods used on large-scale pig-breeding farms often do not provide biological needs of pigs. Imbalance of diets, violation of parameters of a microclimate, lack of the fissile exercise, nonrational application of antibiotics lead to a metabolic disorder, decrease in natural resistance and immunologic reactivity of an organism of animals and, as a result, to high incidence and low efficiency of pigs. There fore questions, the bound to research of new ways and means of increase in resistance and efficiency of animals, remain urgent. Studying of influence of phytoprobioticson the basis of Lactobacteriumplantarum 8P-A3 and medicinal vegetable raw materials on dynamics of immunoglobulins A, M, G in blood serum of pigs of large white breed is carried out at early depriving. Determination of content of A, M, G immunoglobulins in blood serum of pigs was carried out by method of a radial immunodiffusion according to Mancini to O.N. Gryzlova's modifications prior to experience, for the 10th, 20th and 30th days from the beginning of an opta. As a result of the conducted researches it is established that application of probiotic compositions promotes correction of indexes of humoral immunity at early depriving of pigs. When using in diets of pigs of phytoprobiotics blood saturation by immunoglobulins significantly changes. So, the amount of immunoglobulin A exceeded indicators of control group for the 30th day of researches by 2,58 times; immunoglobulin M - by 1,31 times; immunoglobulin G - by 2,2 times respectively. Thus, application of phytoprobiotics promotes maintaining of level of humoral immunity on rather high level.
