An actual solution for assessing the breeding status of animals in the last decade is genomic analysis. This method makes it possible to predict certain traits in bulls, and genetic indices that serve as identifiers allow a comprehensive approach to improving the herd. The presented analysis of mathematical modeling made it possible to reveal the patterns of the relationship and the strength of the influence of the leading breeding indices in the system of genomic analysis of animals. The object of the study were breeding bulls-sires of the Simmental breed in the amount of 3030 heads. The subject of the study is the leading breeding indices used on the basis of the Scandinavian countries of the near abroad (GZW, MW, FW, FIT).
