Initiation dynamics of metallothionein synthesis in rats’ liver at phone of diet contamination by 2MPC of cadmium and using of bentonite in various doses

Diet contamination by 2MPC of cadmium causes 3-multiple increase of metallothionein synthesis in liver of white rats. At introduction of highdispersed bentonite in dose 1,0% from dry matter of diet metallothionein synthesis increases up to 24% and this dose can be considered as medical dose becfuse the cytoprotective function of metallothionein system provides the removal of cadmium from animal organism. Preventional norm of bentonite introduction into diet is 0,4-0,5% at cadmium pollution of diet less than maximum permissible concentration (MPC).
