Initiation dynamics of metallothionein synthesis in rats' liver at phone of diet contamination by 2MPC of lead and using of bentonite in various doses

Diet contamination by 2MPC of lead during 5 days initiated the increase of metallothionein synthesis in liver of white rats up to 166,7%. At introduction of highdispersed bentonite in dose 1,0% from dry matter of diet metallothionein synthesis increases only up to 11,1% and this dose can be considered as medical dose because the cytoprotective function of metallothionein system provides the removal of lead from animal organism. Preventional norm of bentonite introduction into diet is 0,4-0,5% at lead pollution of diet less than maximum permissible concentration (MPC).
