The dynamics of endogenous intoxication in complex treatment of the phlegmons of the maxillofacial area complicated by sepsis

This research shows direct interrelation between clinically revealed stage of endogenous intoxication in the patients with common phlegmons of the maxillo-facial area and impairment of the capacity of the circulating erythrocytes and increase in the contents of mean molecular peptides. The results of investigation showed high efficacy of the complex intensive treatment in combination with wound irrigation with solution of sodium hypochloride and intravascular laser blood irradiation. In this case there was noted early wound cleaning and decrease in biochemical parameters of endogenous intoxication.
