Dynamics of personnel policy in the labor market in Russia

In the modern context, the content of the concept of “personnel policy” focuses on the functional approach. Personnel policy is defined as a strategy of human resources management and the implementation of management activities, which provides the main direction for the long-term HR-management. Thus, the personnel policy is aimed at establishing a personnel management system focused on achieving both economic and social benefits through compliance with the current legislation. The article examines the theoretical aspects of personnel policy and the impact of its dynamics on the labor market. A comprehensive analysis of the labor market and employment of the population in Russia has been carried out. The main problems and prospects for the development of the Russian labor market are identified.
