Some patients, after the Southern Ural radiation disasters, have experienced the complexity of psychotic symptomatology - from posttraumatic stressful frustration to chronic change of the personalities after the catastrophe sufferings, characterized by the complex clinical structure. Specificity of personalities chronic change after catastrophe is explained by chronic action of diffe-rent factors and, first of all, prepotent - radiation and psycho gene. The basis of research is an examination of 384 patients residing near Techa river and having suffered in the territory of the Ural East Radioactive Trace.
