Nominative variation in British and American professional political discourse

The article deals with the study of nominative variation represented by euphemisms and dysphemisms which reflect agonistic strategy in British and American political discourse in 2001 - 2014. While focusing on different types of nomination, the study discloses the character of enmity representation through specific and nonspecific units.
