A comparative study of the local level of cytokines IFNγ and IL-10 in pneumonia of different etiology in the experiment was carried out. The type of pathogen affects the local cytokine response in pneumonia. In all variants of experimental pneumonia, early activation of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 occurs.
