Dynamics of the main characteristics of the workforce as a factor in the economic system stability formation

The article provides a comparative analysis of a number of complex characteristics of the total labor force in the Russian economy over a long-term period; the factors determined by them, namely demography, age and sex structure of the population, economic activity and average life expectancy, were identified, development trends of the studied countries in the post-pandemic period, in particular, their impact on economic growth, changes in the level of competitiveness and the formation of sustainable development.
