Dynamics of lipide exchange parameters in rats at intragastric introduction of lotus nut-fruited (Nelumbo nucifera) seeds extract

Studied the dynamics of lipide exchange parameters in rats at intragastric introduction of lotus nut-fruited (LNF) seeds extract. 0,5%-solution of LNF seeds extract, prepared on a normal saline solution, entered in animal intragastric by means of a probe in dose of body mass of 50 mg/kg daily. The level of the common lipids, triglycerides, choles-terin, lipoproteins of high density, lipoproteins of low density, glucose has been researched. Introduction of LNF seeds extract led to substantial growth to ascending level of common lipids. The level of common cholesterin and triglycerides under action of LNF seeds extract decreased.
