Dynamics of plasma antioxidant activity parameters in physiological and complicated I trimester of pregnancy

The article presents the dynamics of ceruloplasmin and total antioxidant activity of blood serum in the first trimester of pregnancy with physiological and complicated by the threat of termination of pregnancy. It has been established that, upon the onset of pregnancy, the antioxidant activity of blood increases by 62-81% compared with the rates of non-pregnant women. When the threat of termination of pregnancy is determined by a decrease in the levels of ceruloplasmin and the overall antioxidant activity of serum.
