Dynamics of physical health indexes of teenagers with tobacco dependence during improvement in the conditions of country summer camp

Survey of 50 children of teenage age (14-15 years) is conducted. The first group was made of 25 teenagers who had no tobacco anamnesis, the second – 25 school students with nicotinic dependence. For assessment the functionality of an organism and their dynamics during improvement indexes of anthopometry, functional state of the main systems of an organism in rest and after exercise stress, the quantitative assessment of physical health level according to G.L. Apanasenko, rates of physical qualities increasing were used. During research it is revealed that 58% of teenagers smoked more than 3 years. The comparative analysis of respiratory tests revealed obstructive violations in group of smoking teenagers. The function tests (PFM, BCL, test of Genchi, DM) in both groups had positive dynamics during the improving actions which are carried out in camp. Along with reduction of number of children with low values of LPH, in group of smokers adaptation level decreased.
