The hemodynamics of skull segmental tissues were used experimentally in 8 adult mongrel dogs: cutter holes, penetrating up to dura mater, were formed in the region of parietal bone. Producing the cutter holes was established to result in blood channel reorganization, which was based on lumen dilatation in all the sections of circulatory channel, blood flow acceleration, opening of reserve vessels and angiogenesis. The changes in hemodynamics revealed by us demonstrate that the technique of formation and healing defects of skull vault bones, used a RISC «RTO», allows to improve the brain blood supply.
