Dynamics of psychophysiological markers of adaptation of students to high-intensity interval loads

The article presents a comprehensive study of the influence of specific physical activity regimes on the state of the cardiovascular system of students. Physiological markers of adaptation, including heart rate variability, blood pressure indicators, and aerobic performance, are analyzed. In the course of an experiment on a sample of 120 people, the effectiveness of interval training for the formation of a functional foundation necessary for the successful development of the vocational and applied physical training program in the Ministry of Internal Affairs system was proved.
