Results «Dynamics of development and evaluation of strategic flexibility of LLC «SPB-CONSULT» of an expert evaluation of strategic tendencies (surprises) are provided in this article, evaluation of strategic flexibility on the example of the specific company selling medical equipment, disinfectants and joint products in Krasnodar LLC «SPB-CONSULT» is considered. The essence of «strategic flexibility» is specified, the mechanism of adaptation of parameters of strategy of virtual organization LLC «SPB-CONSULT» providing achievement of competitive advantages is developed.
