Dynamics of cluster development in the innovative economy of Russia

At the moment, clusters become the main pillar of innovative development of the country's economy. They are a kind of center of growth and development, both the industry and the territory in which they function. Clusters already by their nature are generators of innovation, because they contain in their composition all the elements necessary for this. These elements are scientific centers in the form of universities or research institutes, competitive enterprises that have the opportunity to introduce innovations in their production, financial institutions and investor firms that provide the development and introduction of new technologies with monetary resources. Due to the extensive connections of clusters, they become the initiators of the introduction of innovations by other enterprises and spheres of production that are not part of the association. Thus, they give impetus to the development of the economy as a whole.
