Dynamics of development of the leader in hierarchical system of power distribution: Russian option

The article examines the evolution of leadership-elite power positioning within the hierarchical system of power relations (power vertical) in the context of the world political dynamics. It points to the change in the model of leadership representation of the leading head of the state (V.V. Putin) from the constituent model to the transformational one (according to J. Burns). Based on the data of the expert survey, parallel changes are shown at the regional-elite level in the accompanying and impeding aspects.
