Dynamics of development of systemically important banks in the global financial crisis

In the conditions of an unstable political situation, the world market of banking services is even more united. The Russian market of banking services, where systemically important banks play the most important role, was not an exception. The market power of many of them was for the most part supported by the funds of international development banks (BRs). Before the Ukrainian crisis of 2014 having limited access to capital markets, This article examines the dynamics of such changes.
