Purpose - determine the influence of different kinds of running loads per speed of spreading of a pulse wave (FFPW), alteration of pulse rate and of oxygen consumption's volume. Arteries are the main parts of the vascular system, which ensures working hyperaemia during the training. Though vascular reactions should be considered as trace process, which are projected during rehabilitation period. Speed of the spreading of a pulse wave equally rises in working and out of working extremities.
