Dynamics of the socio-economic situation of the Perm region during the economic crisis

This article presents an analysis of the dynamics of the main socioeconomic indicators of the Perm Region as a representative of one of the industrial regions in the context of the economic crisis (from 2007 till 2017). Characteristics considered in the article: the general level of socioeconomic development of the region; the role and place of the region in the Federal District; characteristics of population; standards of living. The research confirmed the earlier hypothesis about the negative influence of the economic crisis on the socio-economic situation of the region, but it identified recovery trend of pre-crisis indicators.
