Dynamics of the municipal budgets state in the Far Eastern regions for the period of the reform

In the work, the author reveals the predominance of low financial independence of urban and municipal budgets of the Far East districts, against the background of a decrease in the possibility of free disposal of budgetary resources for all types of municipalities for the entire period of local government reform.
