Dynamics of change of level cytokineby TNF- , IFN- , IL-1 in serum of blood was estimated at progressing forms of an ovarian cancer. At primary patients with ovarian cancer at the I-IV clinical stage of a disease (on FIGO) and healthy, except level of TNF- , IFN- and IL-1 in blood serum. To fabrics of primary tumor carried out a quantimeterof components, and also estimated level of an expression of mt p53 and bcl-2. It is established that in the course of progressing of neoplasmaatovarian cancer can be integrated into the main homeostatic processes of a macroorganism thanks to regional and system functions cytokine, including secretable by a tumor - TNF- , IFN- and IL-1 . The most significant for strengthening of biological potential of a tumor are their such effects, as stimulation of a proliferation of tumoral cages and formation of vessels in a zone of tumoral growth.
