Dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls in feeds (review)

In the review evaluation of the contamination of feed materials dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls are given. The ways of expressing them in feeds, toxicological properties and methods of determination are described. The information on ways of account of the transfer factors of various congeners dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls from feeds to foods and ways of reduce dioxins contamination of feed materials is given.
