Disciplinary responsibility of state officers of the French Republic

The article analyzes the issues of disciplinary responsibility of officials (civil servants) of the French Republic in order to identify the content and characteristics of the procedure for applying disciplinary coercion measures to persons who have committed a disciplinary offense. The normative, factual and procedural grounds for the disciplinary responsibility of officials are considered: the concept of an official misconduct, the types and content of disciplinary measures, the consequences of their application, the procedure for disciplinary proceedings, the rights and obligations of an employee who is brought to disciplinary responsibility. The advantages of the existing order of disciplinary proceedings in the legislation of France, the state of the Romano-Germanic legal family, are close to us. The article substantiates the opinion on the need for partial use of French legislation to improve the legal status of civil servants of the Russian Federation who are subject to disciplinary responsibility.
