Disciplinary liability of elected officials of local self-government and elected deputies as a type of legal liability

This article aims to consider the disciplinary responsibility of elected officials of local self-government and municipal deputies as an independent type of legal responsibility. The distinctive features of disciplinary responsibility from other types of legal responsibility are shown. Also the distinctive features of disciplinary responsibility of municipal employees and elected officials of local self-government are specified. Special attention is paid to the signs of official (disciplinary) misconduct, as a basis for bringing to disciplinary responsibility.
