Disciplinary law as a complex branch of Russian law

Introduction: this study presents an analysis of the genesis and current state of the cross-disciplinary institute of Russian law. The author's sole purpose is to put forward the thesis that there are theoretical possibilities and practical needs to designate disciplinary law as an independent complex industry of Russian law. Literature Review: the author analysed papers that address disciplinary relationships that emerge, develop and terminate in private and public law branches. Materials and Methods describes the author's study of legal basis in various branches and its legal sources from the XVIII to the XX centuries. To achieve the set objectives, the author employed a range of universal and special methods of cognition, including history and legal method, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logic, juridical, and comparative legal methods of research.
