Discourse of humanitarian technologies in modern scientific research: Russian experience and foreign practice

The article examines the discourse of humanitarian technologies in modern foreign studies, reveals the category of humanitarian technologies, describes its key characteristics, and compares domestic and foreign approaches to understanding humanitarian technologies. The authors believe that the understanding of humanitarian technologies in foreign and Russian studies differs significantly. In foreign studies, the discourse consists of analyzing the introduction of digital technologies in the field of humanitarian aid to people who find themselves in distress for various reasons. In Russian studies, the discourse includes many aspects of influencing human consciousness through communication in various spheres of life.
