In the second half of the 1920s-early 1930s the problem of environmental pedagogy was at the center of pedagogical discussions in the Soviet Union. In 1930 he published a collection of articles “Controversial problems of Marxist pedagogy”, which discussed this problem. The materials of the collection show that the essence of the matter was not whether the school would die out or not, whether a special pedagogy of the environment is needed or not, but how it is possible and necessary to identify, interpret, conceptualize and practically use all the influences that form a person, and purposefully organized, and spontaneously spontaneous, that is all that in the aggregate and is in the broadest social understanding of the pedagogical environment of personality development.
