Discussion on the relationship of the "Health care" And "Social sphere" Concepts

The high level dubitability problem of the basic conceptual apparatus use also concerns the interaction of the concepts of the «health care» and the «social sphere», on which there is not enough clarity of the judgment not only at the Russian, but also at the international level. At the same time, the lack of the scientific certainty poses the risks of the formulating ineffective strategic goals for the development of the health care economy. In this regard, it becomes relevant to determine the directions for the further discussion of this problem with access to the adjustment of the Russian and international legislation.
