Discussion aspects of the bill of new Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation

In the article the certain provisions of the bill of new Code of the Administrative offences of the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of Justice are subjected to scientific analysis taking into account the norms of the current Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and the existing law enforcement and judicial practice. Based on the results of the study, an obvious conclusion is made about the need for significant improvement of the text of the bill and its further discussion in the professional community.
