Discussion issues on applying special scientific knowledge in the context of adoption of a new Criminal-Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article is devoted to the problems of forensic examination proceeding in the context of adopting a new Criminal-Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the basis of thorough analysis of former criminal-procedure legislation as well as a new one the authors expose a number of negative points which can arise in the law enforcement activity in regard to the forensic examination assignment.
