The questions of theoretical and legal interpretation of the content of the civil rights to housing in modern conditions are analyzed. The author considers different approaches to the legal category and concludes that the right to housing can be fully revealed only on the basis of complex and system analysis of a range of constitutional regulations and norms and other norms of branch legislation.
