Dispersion, absorption and generation of electromagnetic waves in vacuum

The special principle of relativity of Einstein is corrected. The nonlinear mechanism of self-organization of electromagnetic waves into photons is discovered. It is shown, that the effect of quantization of electromagnetic field is caused by the interaction of the polarized vacuum with electromagnetic wave. It is proved, that the uncertainty principle of Heisenberg is a result of the photons finite cross section.
