Analysis of variance powders almasadamtion of semiconductors

The article is devoted to study of the granulometric composition of powders in doprovodnou CdTe and ZnTe. The study was conducted by optical microscopy. According to the results of variance analysis distributed particles by size into three categories: srednekamennogo, renepower personal and weighted diameters of the particles.
