Dispositive regime for the state sovereignty as a stability factor in the context of global and regional threats to international legal order

In the context of modern world order transformation huge changes of international relations occur, which do not always have a positive content. The only possible basis of guarantee of the state sovereignty is a legal way of solving the problems of the world order. Global and regional threats to the sovereign state can be eliminated only by means of legal regulation on the basis of sovereign equality and mutual respect of interests.
