Dissertation researches of questions of activity of advocate in criminal trial with participation of jury members

Purpose: Research of theses concerning activity of advocate in criminal trial with participation of jury members for allocation of not studied problems and gaps in the legislation of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The formal legal method was used. Results: During research the review of the theses devoted to activity of the lawyer in jury trial is carried out. The conclusion is drawn on existence of «gap» in domestic science which existence negatively influences practical activities of advocates in court with participation of jurors. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value as allows to reveal and define not studied questions on this perspective demanding further studying.
