Dissipative structures of seismic kinetics

The results of multifractal analysis of the series of time intervals between the events ofthe 2019 Ridgecrest earthquake sequence(waiting time series) are presented. It is shown that the series has self-similar structure which is formed by the strongly non-equilibrium state of the medium. The temporal dissipative structure of the waiting time series may be considered as the indicator of the earthquake preparation processin seismo-generating medium.
