The article еxamines the diversification as a form of of anti-crisis management of an industrial enterprise on the example of PJSC "Kaluga Turbine Works". The article presents the relationship in the process of restructuring an industrial enterprise with: strategic and operational diversification. Situations typical when using diversification tools are described: operational and strategic. The conclusion is that diversification as a form of management will increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
